Well, you say you are 5'6". I'm a smidge under 5'6" myself and have virtually no muscle on my body. At 115 I know I'd look horrific. But we are the same weight right now and I know how I look and feel. Check out my pics in my WWW page (scary huh).

I do think we are all harder on ourselves and how we look than the next person does.
