I know that sounds pretty grim, but you can eat well without cream, bacon and cheese. Dairy, processed foods, caffeine and artificial sweeteners are stallers for a lot of people but not necessarily all of them. You can try eliminating all of them for a couple of weeks and see what happens. It's only for a few weeks. What have you got to lose except pounds? If you start losing, try adding them back in one at a time and see what happens. You may find that only one of those items was interefering with your weight loss or that you can have them, but in much smaller amounts. I know it seems terribly unfair that your co-workers are losing great eating whatever low carb foods they want but, as you're finding out, we're all different and the same thing doesn't work the same way for all of us. Each of us has had to experiment and tweak to find the right combination of carbs, foods and calories that works well for us. Keep trying...you'll get that scale to start moving downward soon!
