thanks so much for your relpy . I read someone saying that CAD is good to maintain weight .
I think overall that I will stick to PP for the mo. It has worked for me , maybe when I am down to what I want to be ,then I will try CAD . Thing is that I gained 7 Lbs since before Christmas and it has to stop like NOW!!
