I was just cruising through Amazon and saw twist boards in the fitness section. They are disks that I you get on and twist. Has anyone tried one? Are they hard on your knees since they twist? I am looking for anything to get me moving and doesn't take up space. I just bought a little step thing and I like that a lot. But twisting would be new to me.
