Before reading this thread I thought I spent too much on groceries, but now I see that it's normal. I spend anywhere from $50-80 a week. This is much more than what I use to spend at the store, but I'm sure I spent a lot more on food with all the spur of the moment spending I'd do on vending machine snacks at work, fast food (and lots of it), and candy.

There are two people in my household, myself and my son (18 months), so I'm the only one doing Atkins. My weekly food bill does include snacks and food for my baby boy.
