M, to answer your questions:

1) 70-90$ a week (but that includes food for 3 cats )
2) 2 Humans, 3 cats
3) One of us is doing BFL the other Protein Power
4) There's just the two of us.

Grocery bill hasn't changed much over the years with the possible exception that we spend less money on booze now - no more beer, very little wine and no hard liquor. We've also noticed that we eat everything we buy - very little gets thrown out on garbage day and very little is uneaten.
