All four of the family members are on Atkins, though my daughter is not strictly following the plan. The guests have adapted.  My husband uses shakes and food bars as meals at work; the rest of us don't use them much at all. I had a quarter-bar as a treat Christmas Eve and that's the first time in weeks or months. |
