If I'm not mistaken, all of the flavors of the DaVinci syrups list 0 carbs per serving, but if you carefully examine the labels of the different flavors, you will see that the serving size varies. Some flavors have a serving size of 2 Tbsps, while others have a serving size of only 1 Tbsp. I believe the manufacturer is doing that so they can list them all as 0 carbs. I expect the labels of the Torani syrups are much the same as those of the DaVinci syrups.
If I use 1 Tbsp of the syrups that give that amount as the serving size, I count it as 0, but if I use more than 1 Tbsp, I count .5 carbs per Tbsp.

The syrups have no carbs as they are made with liquid sucralose (brand name Splenda) as is Sweetzfree & Pure Liquid Sweetness. The powdered Splenda and Equal have carbs because of maltodextrin a filler which makes it pourable.
