Have you gone to the part of this forum for "Local Support Groups - U.S." yet? You might be able to post over there looking for some Bay Area folks.

If you can't find any that way, I've statred a local Meetup group through Meetup.com for my Triangle Area in North Carolina. You need to pay to set up a group on Meetup - but its can be a good way to get one going and keep it organized.

Just a thought!
