Hello and welcome. Congrats on your success so far! You're lucky to have a specialist who knows what s/he is talking about. So many doctors refuse to read the literature and base their opinions more on the media than medical fact.

(edit) Oh: BTW, I noticed your stats might need corrected. They're usually in the form of:
(starting weight)/(current weight)/(goal weight)
...but yours says you have a goal weight higher than your current weight.
