today I started my 5K training !! I kind of screwed up though. I was suppose to walk for 5 min, then run/walk for 20, well I was thinking that the TOTAL was 20. Won't happen again
5 min walk ~ 3.3 mph
15 of walking ~3.5 and running ~ 4
5 min cool down
Also am adding abs 1 set incl 10 straight, 10 left side, 10 right side
Did 3 sets of abs
10 pushups
5 min stretch
It was good a work out even if I didn't read the directions right
