PM: 4 HARD miles on treadmill
It last 60 minutes- 5 min warm-up, 90 sec jog at 6.0 then 2 min walk at 3.3 cycles and 5 cooldown.
Saturday
8 hours of roofing at my bf parents' house...lifting packages of shingles and such, walking up and down the roof and ladder, using nail gun and laying shingles. I was a lot of work but a very good workout.
