Hmmmm.... I must have forgot to enter my ride on November 18th.

Rode 6.3 miles this morning

I've decided to ride by myself as a rule. I need to do my thing solo in order to stay true to myself.
I'm such a sensitive piece of work when it comes to exercise! I plan on riding again Monday morning... taking it slow, so I don't do damage and sabotage myself.
