bodybuilder corner ^^
hi all,i very interest in bodybuilding...so let we disscuss all about bodybuilding n fitness.....with Low Carb diet offcourse
i train 6 times a week,monday,wednesday n friday i do my weight training
tuesday,thursday dan saturday i do my cardio(guerilla cardio)
i still eat carb,before weight training,coz i need some energies...hehehe....but i do my cardio with empty stomach....
what about u all?let share ur training...
