Everybody is different, if what you are doing is working for you, fine. It is too low fat to be Atkins, and while saturated fat may be something that you have physical difficulty with, it is not a "bad" fat but quite beneficial in most cases. Overall you seem to be eating low carb and you certainly will get benefits from that. DLB
