nsmith4366, what you are eating is perfect. Even though the
Atkins diet allows for high fat consumption, taking efa's along
with lean protein, and your veggies is real good. In my opinion
I rank exercise up there with nutrition and vitamins. Good
Luck with your program, it looks like you are headed in the
right direction.
