Actually, coral is more absorbable. Which means instead of taking calcium and then 20 hours later receiving the benefits, you take some and within the half hour you are actually getting the benefits of calcium.

Sorry, I am an avid believer in coral calcium. Everyone in my family that has taken it vs. regular calcium has seen near miraculous improvements.

But it is best to take calcium, no matter what kind.
