Mojean's Exercise Log
I started Atkins weighing 230.6 pounds - Today I weigh 207.5 pounds - I have about 62.5 pounds left to go to reach my goal weight of 145. Exercise has been pretty nonexistent up until this point & I know I have got to pick up the pace for the rest of the weight to come off - sooooooooo here I go - keeping a journal always keeps me motivated. About 10 years ago I was dedicated to walking the treadmill every day and doing crunches and the results were phenomonal only to have a baby and later back surgery combined with over eating I lost the battle and become complacent - so I am getting a do over and alread excited about the results I know I am going to encounter.
So Today - Sunday, September 16 I begin my exercise log -
Treadmill 1.0 miles
Crunches 20
