It's also great for cooking pork sausage patties. I usually cook up the entire pound, eat some and freeze the rest. Sure saves a lot of grease spatters on the stove. I also make grilled ham and cheese - just like a sandwich, but use thicker ham slice, top with cheese and then another ham slice, heat for 1 minute.....voila, lunch. Can do the same thing making reuben sandwiches. Corned beef top and bottom with sauerkraut and swiss cheese tucked inside - yummy!!
