I am on day 9 of induction and am down 9 pounds. The most difficult thing for me was cutting WAAAAAAAAAAY back on caffeine. Being a coffee addict, I did not completely cut it out, but am mixing 3/4 decaf to 1/4 regular in my coffeemaker. I did have a nasty headache for the first three days, but that has dissipated. I am happy to have found you guys.
