Very unmotivated workout, although once I got past the OHP's, it was ok. Just felt tired and drained. Felt much better as the day wore on, and back to normal by the evening. Thank goodness!! This morning I'm back to my normal peppy self, so maybe it's from the fooked up food over the weekend, ???
