M1: coffee w/1/2c milk
M2: eggs scrambled in butter w/onions, 30g smoked edam; 130g peach
M3: salad (200g romaine, 100g cauliflower, 40g ham, 40g turkey brst, 1 HB egg, 10g red onion, some cuke, 1/2 tomato, 30g smoked cheese, 20g nuts, 1tsp evoo)

M4: 3EW coffee meringues
M5: 170g beef pörkölt (1t evoo, 1t tom paste) over 150g steamed cauliflower
M6: 100g cocheese, 100g blackberries, 10g nuts

Notes:

Feeling good! Still some doms, but totally bearable. DH brought me 25# of fresh peaches--need to figure out what to do with them all, ha.
