20' walk to and fro the baby doc (#2 got a shot )
ss cardio on th st. bike--8' warmup, L1, 5' of 8" sprint/12" recovery, then 19' ss L2, total 30', 300 cals

Food:
M1: hot choc pp coffee
M2: eggs scrambled in butter w/shrooms, cheese, peppers n onions; 80g plums
M3: 120g tuna mixed w/150g raw cauliflower, 30g ea lite mayo and sour cream
M4: 30g almonds/walnuts, 1/2 batch of 3EW coffee meringues w/100g raspberries
M5: 170g beef shank cooked pörkölt style (tsp oil, tsp tom paste) served over 150g steamed cauli and 2T sour cream
M6: rest of the meringues w/raspberries

Target--1701cals, 165gP, 60gC, 89gF, 25g fib
Actual--1696cals, 166gP, 63gC, 88gF, 21g fib


Notes:

I was able to properly do neg chins yesterday, for the first time in a while (previously cut hand), and today my shoulders, lats, biceps, are all talking to me. But not too bad.
