M3: 120g tuna mixed w/150g raw cauliflower, 30g ea lite mayo and sour cream
M4: 30g almonds/walnuts, 1/2 batch of 3EW coffee meringues w/100g raspberries
M5: 170g beef shank cooked pörkölt style (tsp oil, tsp tom paste) served over 150g steamed cauli and 2T sour cream
M6: rest of the meringues w/raspberries

Notes:
I was able to properly do neg chins yesterday, for the first time in a while (previously cut hand), and today my shoulders, lats, biceps, are all talking to me. But not too bad.
