M3: pre w/o Built waffle and 16g maple syrup

M5: 190g ground turkey breast, sauteéd in tsp evoo mixed w/fresh tomato/basil sauce, served over 1 svg dreamfield's pasta

Great day, felt wonderful all weekend, actually. Stormy today, big-time, and no head/neck ache, so it's not weather related.
