hi everyone,
Yes, I've just started my low carlb program today. Minutes ago, just browsed through some postings. Wow, incredible, some people "DO" making progress. Some "DO" loss what? thirty, fifty pounds...I don't know whether I can do that...Christmas is coming and I'll be in Birmingham...definitely eating and eating...
I don't want to put on any weight but my problem is I do not have the perservance of losing weight. I've tried thousand times to lose weight, but I missed food. If I'm hungry, I can't concentrate on my work...I get annoy easily...Hunger seems to appear in my brain all the time!!! How can I deal with these?
