Unfortunately all packaged and restaurant meatloafs contain bread or breadcrumbs thus adding those nasty carbs. Homemade is the safest way - - I add cheese or vegetables (mushrooms, zuchinni, etc.) to add moisture and so far everyone loves my loafs (even the kids!).
