I think that one of the great things I've gotten from my experience with low carbing is that once I eliminated the hunger pangs that a hi-carb diet produced what hunger I do now feel is "true hunger". I try to pay attention to those signals now and feed my body when it's hungry and don't eat when it's not! Although most people would probably argue that it's best to eat small meals more often to keep your metabolism rev'd up, I don't think you're doing yourself "harm" by only eating twice a day....as long as you're not ignoring hunger signals and your calorie needs are covered adequately in those two meals. That is most important.
