Your post got me to remember that before I restarted Atkins, I would love to have at least one apple a day. Thing is, that at some point I became acutely aware of the fact that each time I ate an apple (or almost any fruit) in the am, I'd feel bloated and uncomfortable all day. I wonder if this is due to carbs/sugar, or if there is actually something going on with a systemic yeast problem? When I'm doing LC, I don't get that bloating.
