That is so true!
in the 60's my mother ate a lot of meat on that diet!!!
Then when I did it in the 80's.. all the meat was down..and high carb low fat was in.
The pendulum swings ;-)
In the end though.. what it really boils down to .. is that REAL foods are best for us.. and manufactured ease foods.. really aren't.
