Hey BBJ!
I switched from drinking coffee to green tea. I was on induction, and I lost 14 1bs while drinking only 2 cups of coffee and the rest of the morning green tea. The green tea boosts your metabolism, helps you avoid constipation, has about half the caffeine of coffee, and tastes like crap. The good points outweigh the bad.
If I were you, I would not cut it from my menu unless I wasn't having success!
