Hi Y'all,
My VERY favorite way of using porkrinds is to crush up some regular ones and then add to some ground pecan pieces. (about a cup of each) Add some salt and pepper. Then use that as a breading for either salmon or chicken. Dip the pieces in some cream and egg mixture and then panfry in coconut oil and butter. (make sure to use the pure virgin coconut oil.... a natural metabolism booster and great for you in many ways)
