Default I am so psyched and six pounds..

lighter! I did Induction for three weeks and I lost six pounds and several inches from my waist, legs, even face and neck. I weighed 144 this AM and I plan to get to 139 in the next two weeks. For the first two weeks I did no weights and and no cardio. In week 3 I did no cardio but I did weight training three times. For the next two weeks I will do cardio 4-6 times a week and my regular 3 times a week of weight training. I have had severe constipation so today I went to Whole FoodS and bought some Flax seeds which I plan to add to my salads, etc. I have had either the Atkins Indulge bar or the Carbolite bar often, 1.5-2 a day. I also have jello and RediWhip every night. I am so happy because I have tried for four months to get the scale to drop below 150. All I am going to add for my five carbs a day will be either some strawberries or some sunflower seeds and I already weighed out 1 oz increments of the seeds and put them in small snack bags.
I am pumped!!
