There are adult chewables available. Be aware that chewables will always contain some kind of carb sweetener ... sucrose, fructose or honey. Granted, not a huge amount .. best to count 1g to be safe. Make sure to drink a big glass of water after, and swish around to get any bits that stick to your teeth .. the combination of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and sugar is BAD news for cavities. * note to parents * .. if your kids take chewable vitamins, make sure they drink a glass of water after (not sweet juice)

You could also try taking multiple vitamin-mineral supplements that you take 3 pills a day .. 1 at each meal. The pills are much smaller since there's a lower dose in each. These will usually have no sugar added.
