I don't have Flintstones in the house, but I do have Centrum for Kids, and the amounts of various vitamins are fairly equivalent to what I take in my multi-vitamin, but lacking in a lot of the minerals. I don't see things like potassium, magnesium, chromium, which could spell trouble in a low carb diet.

You'd truly be better off taking a multi-vitamin -mineral supplement. I understand some people have real difficulty swallowing big pills, but it's more psychological than anything else. I used to gag trying to get down a pill, but have learned to do it. Even those large "horse pills" are smaller than most foods you swallow. Just take a huge gulp of water with each pill.

Obviously, I'm assuming that that is the problem!
