What a bummer about the videos
. I hate to say this but the best thing to do is get hold of the book...it will become your bible.
Atkins is in 4 pahses:
induction
ongoing weight loss
pre maintenance
Lifetime maintenance.
So depending what stage you are at the permissable foods vary.
I'm gunna take a punt and guess that you want to start at the beginning
or induction.
Induction is a strict two week regime designed to throw you into fat burning mode. In that phase you have to be really strict with yourself and only have those things on the list (her's why you need the book)
In short though the list includes:
Any meat, fish, poultry, eggs.
Up to 4oz cheese per day
2-3 cups of leafy green veggies
loads of water
You mustn't have:
Any fruit
nuts
alcohol
artificial sweetner
these are introduced in later phases
you can add things like cream cheese, mayo, olive oil, sour cream for taste and to cook with.
