Did my UBWO with Gilad on tv this morning. I decided since I only do workouts 4 days a week, to step it up to 75 min. each! That's 15 min. more than I usually do, but it wasn't hard. So today was successful. Hopefully the rest of the week will be too.
UBWO w/weights: 35 min
Cardio: 40 min
