Hi everyone, as described I am on my third day and have had great progress. I am diabetic and started this plan because I couldn't get my sugars down below 250 even while taking oral meds. Tonight my sugar level was 119. Yeah! I know I doing something right. Well, pray for me and I'll do the same for everyone else in this low carb world. Bye
