No exercise yesterday, off day. Today was upper body with weights. Worked up a nice sweat. Feel great. Diet wise I need to get srtict, cut down on cheese, diet Pepsi, salt, and just get more water in. Hopefully this will get my weight moving down again.

(with abs and pushups at the end)
