Did my lower body workout today. It kicked my butt good!!! Man, it was tough. I warm up for 10 min, do some cardio, then strap on my ankle weights for leg lifts and other leg exercises. Really felt the burn. So happy that I made my 4 days of exercise for this week Thinking about adding a 5th day of just weights, no cardio. Let's see how I feel next week.
