Awesome workout
No exercise yesterday. But that's ok cuz I do only 4 days a week. Didn't feel good yesterday and I'm guessing it was cuz I was getting into ketosis. I had headaches and nausea 2 days in a row. Feel fantastic today though. Had a great workout. I decided to do my Jillian Michaels Cardio Kickboxing dvd for a change. She rocks! Have to get all her dvds. I was also able to do some push ups and sit ups! YES!
