Just wanted to say thanks! I am the girl with the issues around stepping on the scale. Well I did this morning and come to find out - LC IS WORKING!!!!

I have been on LC/AD for one month and have lost 12 lbs. I noticed a difference in my clothes ... but I was so afraid to jump on that scale!!

I have cheated, only to start over a few hours later, gotten over the Thanksgiving Holiday/vacation and on many occasions have exceeded the 20 carb limit only to start over the next day. As one of you have for a motto, "Stay the course!".....

You all have been wonderful!!

I know it is a slllooooowww process, it took 12 years for all this weight to build up ..... so I realize it will take time to get rid of it......but I can and will do it!! Especially having a great support board and encouraging people like you!!
