I wish some of the frozen dinner manufacturers would create low-carb lines. I mean, how difficult would it be to cut out the carbs and increase the meat & veggies? I wrote to all the major manufacturers about doing that a couple of years ago, and received a few coupons for my trouble, but no change in the products offered. Maybe they'll perk up now with all the media attention.
