I recognize you from LOWCARBEATING...I was amazed then with GRACE and how she ate. It worked for her, and if it's working for you DO IT..
If you can get DUKES MAYO at your local grocery, it has NO SUGAR at all...they also have a lower fat version and I'm not sure about the sugar in it.
