Wouldn't that be great? My own local store (I also work for them) is not planning on adding low carb products beyond the Atkins bars they already stock. But- I found a "Low Carb Holiday Cookbook" on the magazine rack. Problem was- whoever wrote it doesn't know what low carb is! Many recipes were 30 or more carbs per serving!
