Default Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms (This recipe makes 3 generous servings.)

Ingredients:

12 mushrooms, cleaned with stems removed (reserve some of the stems)
6 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 can crab meat (drained and cartilage removed) May use fresh crab for even better results
Grated cheddar cheese

With cooking oil, spray three ramikin dishes or use one pie plate for all. Place four mushrooms into each dish. Mix the cream cheese and the crab. Stuff each mushroom with the mixture, as much as you can fit into each. Divide the remaining stuffing among the three dishes. Put it along the sides of the mushrooms. Place some of the reserved stem pieces along the sides, too. Sprinkle with the cheese.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes or until hot and cheese is bubbly! Serve and enjoy!
