I'm like Nat, in pre-maintenance, working my carbs up as I get closer to goal. I range anywhere from 30 to 70
What carbs do I choose after veggies...
apples
more berries
higher carb veggies like sweet potatoes, beets, turnip
more veggies...right now in the form of home made soups stuffed full of veggies.
