i was just wondering if hypoglycemia can be cured or is it a life long disease

has anyone on low carbing cured there hypoglycemia or had drastic improvements. i have had hypoglycemia for 2 years now and have just started low carbing. i would also like to know if hypoglycemia has an effect on your intelligence or memory in anyway. sorry if these might seem dumb questions but i cant get help from anyone and i dont no anyone with hypoglycemia. i am scared that hypoglycemia is affecting my social life and my studies.

also does anyone no if hypoglycemia gets worse during puberty.
