A history of Coronary heart disease and Diabetes.
His numbers are improving. slowly.. as he really hasn't made the full commitment to live "without bread" at this point.
But its a beginning.
And My sister and I love him dearly..and would never have suggested that he try anything like this unless we felt the science can back it up.
