Cool Cream's Carb Counts

I found a great program called MasterCook - for each day, I create a new 'recipe', and enter the food as I eat it. The software calculates my daily totals using a 'canned' dictionary.
I didn't include anything you might have used in scrambling your eggs, but here's what MasterCook will tell you. I think the carb counts are straightforward, no allowances for fibre.
