I was not aware that they substract the fibre from the carbohydrate count. Why would they? This is not a low carb site or anything like that. Plus it doesnt say it anywhere there that I have been able to see or in the FAQ.
Anyway, I tried the other avocado type and still the same.
Lets say that the Au site substracts the fibre (which I am not at all sure of) there still are a some differences:
Carb/Fibre
1 medium tomato: (at least 1g difference)
Fitday - 5.71/1.35
Diet - 3/1.5
1 avocado: ( a lot of difference )
Fitday - 12.78/8.65 (black skin)
Diet - 6/1 (I put 200g as they dont have a whole one measure)
Either way even one gram here and another gram there is more than enough miscalculation for me
I am afraid to check a whole day's food on Fitday now. I might just get a heart attack...
